Everyone goes through the everyday of life. Some people can just shrug the troubles of the day off, and there are some who are sensitive and can’t. They pick up on the emotions of negative people and circumstances and end up feeling exhausted and drained.
From Sedona Aromatics “ancient civilizations often used plants to bring in peace, calm, and positivity. Native American Indians used the concept of smudging to purify or bless a place; plants such as white sage (Salvia apiana) and sage brush (Artemisia tridentata) were used in smudging ceremonies.”A lot of essential oils can be suitable to help with positivity, but also a favorite aroma can help too.
