Essential Oils - I run out of it. I believe others run out of it - Energy

I don't know about you, but I'm always running out of energy a third of the way through a task.  So using essential oils really helps.

Did you know, the commonly used essential oils that’s linked with particular health claims, together with focus, motivation, and energy enhancement, range close to 100 in count?

There is clinical research that peppermint, sweet orange, spearmint, rosemary, and lemon may boost energy and also reduce fatigue.  It’s also been said these following oils state to boost energy, mood, or creativity;

“Although essential oils will never replace a minute of the 7 hours of sleep most adults really need for optimal health, essential oils can serve as a natural aid to stimulate energy, focus and vitality.” (Healthy Human)

A good night’s sleep or a healthy diet doesn’t guarantee you’ll always have energy, but it’s a state of mind too.

You know there are other inexpensive ways to take the essential oils with you, especially if you can’t use a diffuser or if you’re on the go.  You can get a small piece of cloth and add the oil to it, stick in your bag, or car.  And then there is also a pendant locket that has a felt pad that would go in the locket part, just put the oil you desire to take with you on the felt and go.
