Essential Oils - Blends can help you Be Positive



Here are some of my blends that I have collected over time, for Positive, from my own little book of essential oils:

 Refreshing3 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Lemon

MoodBergamot, Clary Sage, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Lemon Verbena, Ruby Grapefruit, Vanilla

RomanceJasmine, Neroli, Rose 

Protection1 drop Sage, 1 drop Sandalwood, 1 drop Angelica, 1 drop Clove,  and a pinch of salt

Love 1 drop Rose, 1 drop Jasmine, 1 drop Geranium, 1 drop Vanilla

Warm & Cozy2 drops Cinnamon, 2 drops Wild Orange, 2 drops Clove

Romantic Night In4 drops Orange, 2 drops Ylang Ylang, 2 drops Lavender

Be Happy 3 drops Orange, 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Helichrysum


This is some of the oils I use personally  


Here is a little more information about each individual oil used in the blends above:

Angelica - has an aroma of Green, herby, peppery.  It mixes well with Basil, Chamomile, Geranium, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Mandarin,  and Patchouli oils.

Bergamot - has an aroma of Sweet, fruity.  It mixes well with Lavender, Nutmeg, Citrus Oils. 

Cinnamon - has an aroma of delicately fragrant, warm sweet flavor.  It mixes well with Clove, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Ylang Ylang, Ginger, and Bergamot oils.

Clary Sage - has an aroma of Herbaceous lavender-like.  It mixes well with Frankincense, Patchouli, Lime, and Pine oils. 

Clove - has an aroma of Warm, pungent.  It mixes well with Geranium, Ginger, Lavender, and Lemon oils.  

Geranium - has an aroma of Subtly sweet, floral.  It mixes well with Clary Sage, Peppermint, and Rose oils.

Helichrysum - has a fresh, earthy, herbaceous with subtle tea-like aromas.  It mixes well with Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Juniper Berry, Virginian Cedarwood and Sweet Orange oils.

Jasmine - has an aroma of sweetness.  It mixes well with Bergamot, clary sage, clove, coriander, ginger, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, neroli, orange, palmarosa, patchouli, petitgrain, rose, sandalwood, and ylang ylang oils.  

Lavender - has an aroma of Floral.  It mixes well with Lemongrass, Peppermint, Marjoram, and Tea Tree oils. 

Lemon - has an aroma of Fresh lemon peel.  It mixes well with Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Lavender oils.  

Lemon Verbena - has an aroma of Zesty, lively, citrusy.  It mixes well with Basil, Bergamot and other Citrus oils. 

Neroli - has an aroma of light sweet-floral fragrance with an element of citrus.  It mixes well with Bergamot, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Magnolia, Wild Orange, and Ylang Ylang oils. 

Orange - has an aroma of Fresh, sweet orange peel.  It mixes well with Citrus Oils, Clove, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg oils.  

Rose - has an aroma of warm, deep floral, slightly spicy, rich.  It mixes well with floral oils, citrus oils, resin oils, Lavender, Clary sage, Roman Chamomile, Sweet orange, Bergamot, Cardamom, Ginger, Frankincense oils.

Rosemary - has an aroma of Warm, camphoraceous.  It mixes well with Bergamot, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Thyme oils.

Ruby Red Grapefruit - has an aroma of Clean, bright, citrusy, fresh, sweet, grapefruit-scent. It mixes well with Bergamot, Clove, Cypress, Fennel, Frankincense, Lavender, Mandarin, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang oils. 

Sage - has an aroma of Warm, camphoraceous.  It mixes well with Citrus Oils, Hyssop, Lavender, and Rosemary oils.  

Sandalwood - has an aroma of Beautiful woodsy, sweet.  It mixes well with Rose, Lavender, and Vetiver oils. 

Vanilla - has an aroma of sweet, warm, complex and comforting.  It mixes well with Orange, Lemon, Neroli, Chamomile, Lavender and Sandalwood oils.

Wild Orange - has an aroma of strong, sweet, citrus aroma and a refreshing aroma. It mixes well with  Peppermint, Spearmint, Douglas Fir, Cinnamon, Clove, Frankincense, and Cedarwood oils. 

Ylang Ylang - has a Pleasant, floral aroma.  It mixes well with Citrus Oils, Clove, Jasmine, Patchouli, and Rose oils. 

We all need a little Positivity in our lives! Just know this is a natural way to feel positive with essential oils.

The ones with the *** don't have the number of drops to use, so remember to go by the number of drops your diffuser recommends and add them evenly up to the closest number that matches your diffuser
