Essential Oils - Blends that can help with - Energy

 


Here are some of my blends, that I have collected over time, for Energy, from my own little book of essential oils:

1) Get Up & Go - 2 drops Frankincense, 2 drops White Fir, 1 drop Black Pepper, 1 drop Bergamot

2) Get Outta Bed - 3 drops Spearmint, 2 drops Tangerine

3) Wake Up - 2 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Lemon, 2 drops Orange

4) Power Up - 2 drops Eucalyptus, 2 drops Geranium, 1 drop Lemon, 1 drop Thyme

5) Shake It Up - 3 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Lemon, 2 drops Peppermint

6) Get Lively - 3 drops Orange, 2 drops Lemon, 1 drop Peppermint

7) Focused Energy - 3 drops White Fir, 3 drops Orange

8) Energy Boost - 3 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Peppermint, 1 drop Basil

9) Fatigue Fighter - 2 drops Juniper Berry, 2 drops Orange, 1 drop Lemon, 1 drop White Fir

10) Full Of Energy - 3 drops Eucalyptus, 2 drops Lemon, 1 drop Peppermint

11) Herbal Power - 3 drops Eucalyptus, 3 drops Rosemary

12) Afternoon Pep - 4 drops Peppermint, 3 drops Geranium

13) Re-Energize - 3 drops Grapefruit, 2 drops Peppermint, 1 drop Spearmint

14) Wake up - 2  drops peppermint, 1 drop lavender, 1 drop lemon

15) Energizer - 2 drops grapefruit, 1 drop peppermint, 1 drop lemon

16) Eye opener - 2 drops rosemary, 2 drops ylang ylang

17) Invigorate - 3 drops peppermint, 1 drop grapefruit

18) Exhilarate - 2 drops peppermint, 1 drop lavender

19) Stimulate - 2 drops lemon, 1 drop peppermint, 1 drop rosemary

20) Energy - Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Orange, Peppermint, Grapefruit   ***

21) Mood Boosting - Bergamot, Lemon, Orange   ***

22) Energizing - Grapefruit, Bergamot, Peppermint   ***

23) Energize - Lemon, Peppermint   ***

24) Energy Trio - Rosemary, Peppermint, Lemon   ***

25) Energy & Focus Boost - 2 drops Lemongrass, 2 drops Orange, 2 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Peppermint

26) “Pep Up” - 4 drops Orange, 1 drop Cinnamon, 1 drop Peppermint, 1 drop Spearmint

27) Get Motivated - 2 drops Grapefruit, 2 drops Lemon, 2 drops Lime

28) Rejuvenate - 2 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Lemon


Here are some of the oils I use

Here is a little more information about each individual oils used in the blends above:


Basil - has an aroma of Warm, spicy.  It mixes well with Bergamot, Citrus Oils, and Hyssop oils. 

Bergamot - has an aroma of Sweet, fruity.  It mixes well with Lavender, Nutmeg, Citrus Oils. 

Black Pepper - has an aroma of Dry, spicy, sharp.  It mixes well with Geranium, Lavender, Frankincense, Citrus and Spice Oils.

Cedarwood - has an aroma of Warm, woodsy, balsamic.  It mixes well with Cypress, Juniper, Rose, and Sandalwood oils. 

Cinnamon - has an aroma of delicately fragrant, warm sweet flavor.  It mixes well with Clove, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Ylang Ylang, Ginger, and Bergamot oils. 

Eucalyptus - has an aroma of Strong aromatic, camphoraceous.  It mixes well with Cedarwood, Cypress, Rosemary, and Thyme oils. 

Frankincense - has an aroma of Mild camphor and citrus.  It mixes well with Balsam Fir Needle, Myrrh, Orange, and Sandalwood oils.

Geranium - has an aroma of Subtly sweet, floral.  It mixes well with Clary Sage, Peppermint, and Rose oils.

Grapefruit - has an aroma of Sweet and citrus.  It mixes well with Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Lemon, and Thyme oils. 

Juniper Berry - has a floral aroma. It mixes well with Cypress, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, and Sage oils. 

Lavender - has an aroma of Floral.  It mixes well with Lemongrass, Peppermint, Marjoram, and Tea Tree oils. 

Lemon - has an aroma of Fresh lemon peel.  It mixes well with Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Lavender oils.  

Lemongrass - has a Strong, lemon-like aroma.  It mixes well with Citrus Oils, Geranium, Marjoram, and Thyme oils.  

Lime - has an aroma of Fresh citrus lime.  It mixes well with Citrus Oils, Sage, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Clove oils.  

Orange - has an aroma of Fresh, sweet orange peel.  It mixes well with Citrus Oils, Clove, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg oils.  

Peppermint - has an aroma of Fresh, strong mint.  It mixes well with Eucalyptus, Juniper Berry, Pine, and Rosemary oils. 

Rosemary - has an aroma of Warm, camphoraceous.  It mixes well with Bergamot, Lemongrass, Peppermint, and Thyme oils.  

Spearmint - has an aroma of Refreshing minty.  It mixes well with Bergamot, Lavender, Lime, and Rosemary oils. 

Tangerine - has an aroma of Pleasant, orange-like.  It mixes well with Cinnamon, Citrus Oils, Nutmeg, and Vanilla oils.

Thyme, White - has an aroma of Pleasant, pungent. It mixes well with Basil, Lavender, Lemon, and Marjoram oils. 

White Fir - has an aroma of fresh, woody scent. It mixes well with Peppermint, Spearmint, and Wintergreen oils. 

Ylang Ylang - has a Pleasant, floral aroma.  It mixes well with Citrus Oils, Clove, Jasmine, Patchouli, and Rose oils.


We all feel the strain of a busy life and sometimes we forget we need to do certain things to maintain a certain healthy life. So just know a natural way to help you have a little energy is essential oils.
The ones with the *** don't have the number of drops to use, so remember to go by the number of drops your diffuser recommends and add them evenly up to the closest number that matches your diffuser See you on Monday where I will continue with diffusing essential oils about Positivity.
