Essential Oils - We all have it: Stress

Me and my daughter came together and made our own little book of essential oils.  Last week, I gave you the Anxiety portion of the book. And here is the portion of our little book on Stress:


1) Stress Free Day - 3 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Lavender

2) Stress Relief - 3 drops Bergamot, 3 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Lemon

3) Relax & Unwind - 3 drops Lavender, 3 drops Bergamot

4) Free Spirit - 2 drops Patchouli, 2 drops Lavender, 3 drops Sandalwood

5) Chill Out - 3 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Grapefruit, 2 drops Rosemary

6) Peaceful Air - 4 drops Lavender, 2 drops Vetiver

7) Worries Away - 3 drops Patchouli, 3 drops Bergamot

8) Tension Buster - 3 drops Lavender, 3 drops Lime, 1 drop Spearmint

9) Test Day Nerves - 4 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Grapefruit

10) Let It Go - 2 drops Vetiver, 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Sandalwood, 2 drops Cedarwood

11) Stress Relief #1 - Rosemary, Lavender, Clary Sage ***

12) Stress Relief #2 - 3 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Lemongrass, 1 drop Lavender

13) Vague, Fear & Worry - Vetiver, Lavender ***

20) Release The Anger - 3 drops Bergamot, 3 drops Helichrysum, 3 drops Roman Chamomile

21) Don’t Worry Be Happy - 6 drops Sandalwood, 2 drops Ylang Ylang

I thought you might like to see my little book of blends that my daughter and I put together..  


The ones with the *** don't have the number of drops to use, so remember to go by the number of drops your diffuser recommends and add them evenly up to the closest number that matches your diffuser.
