I was reading an article from Jens Loving Essential Oils. I learned that a healthy
lifestyle and your physical health depends on and is an important part as well to your Emotional wellness. We all know that a hectic lifestyle can leave you feeling overwhelmed and stressed, which can also be anxiety, but diffusing essential oils can offer calm emotions and the feelings of peace.Essential oils are the aromatic compounds of plants, they exist in all parts of a plant. For example, if you ever smell a rose, well then you have experienced aromatherapy and essential oils. Thus diffusing essential oils can give you the same experience. It’s known the aromatic is the best way, when using essential oils for emotional support.
Your mind-body connection is simply things affecting the mind, whether it be positive or negative it will also affect your body in the same way, and vica versa what affects your body will also affect your mind.
