Today I will continue General Health and essential oils with the blends from my little book my daughter and I gathered a few years back. I will highlight some of the ones I’ve used personally for you. As always these are for putting in a diffuser and diffusing, and just an aide to help relieve some of these symptoms.
Cough & Cold - 4 drops Tea Tree, 2 drops Eucalyptus, 3 drops Peppermint, 3 drops Lemon
Breath Easy - 6 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Pine, 3 drops Eucalyptus
Anti-Allergy - Geranium, Lavender, Oregano ***
Anti-Cold - Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Clove ***
Immune Boosting; For Fall - 1 drop Cinnamon, 1 drop Clove, 2-5 drops Wild Orange
Immune Boosting; Spice It Up - 2 drops Cinnamon, 2 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Rosemary
Immune Boosting; Stimulating - 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Geranium, 1 drop Rosemary, 1 drop Tea Tree
Immune Boosting; Fresh & Clean - 2 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Lemon, 2 drops Lime
Respiratory Relief - 2 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Eucalyptus, 2 drops Tea Tree
Headache Relief - 4 drops Peppermint, 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Frankincense
Pain from Inflammation or Illness - Chamomile, Ylang Ylang ***
Headache - Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense ***
Seasonal Support - Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint ***

Upset Tummy - 3 drops Ginger, 2 drops Fennel
Spring Allergy Relief - 3 drops Lavender, 3 drops Peppermint, 3 drops Lemon
Breath deep - 2 drops Lemon, 2 drops Rosemary
Health - 1 drop Thyme, 1 drop Eucalyptus, 1 drop Pine, 1 drop Ginger
Cough Relief - 3 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Lavender, 1 drop Thyme
Germ Away - 3 drops Tea Tree, 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Lemon
Migraine Helper - 4 drops lavender, 2 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Lemongrass
Allergy Assist - 3 drops Eucalyptus, 2 drops Chamomile, 2 drops Frankincense
The ones with the *** don't have the number of drops to use, so remember to go by the number of drops your diffuser recommends and add them evenly up to the closest number that matches your diffuser
Always remember essential oils can never take the experience that a medical professional has. With that being said, I’ll see you on Monday where I will begin with diffusing essential oils about Clean blends.
