In true fashion this blog is going to cover the blends I gathered in my little book of Essential oils for Sleep. You’ll see
a couple of highlighted ones which are the ones I use frequently and are my favorites.

Sweet Dreams - 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Sandalwood, 2 drops Chamomile, 2 drops Vetiver
Sweet Sleep - 3 drops Petitgrain, 2 drops Orange, 1 drop Fennel
Sleep Good - 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Sandalwood, 1 drop Vetiver
Calm Night - 3 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Cedarwood, 1 drop Marjoram
Sleep Tight - 2 drops Cedarwood, 2 drops Orange, 2 drops Lavender
Deep Sleep #1 - 3 drops Cedarwood, 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Vetiver
Deep Sleep #2 - 6 drops Lavender, 2 drops Chamomile, 3 drops Lemongrass
Bedtime Bouquet - 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Ylang Ylang, 1 drop Chamomile
Nap Time - 4 drops Lavender, 2 drops Orange
Sweet Z's - 3 drops Juniper Berry, 2 drops Bergamot, 1 drop Chamomile
Citrusy Blend - Orange, Lemon, Geranium ***
Lavender Blend - Lavender, Vetiver, Chamomile ***
Relaxing Blend - Lavender, Vetiver, Orange ***
Woody Blend - Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Marjoram ***

Since using the blends in my diffuser when I sleep, I sleep deeply and get up refreshed. If I’m too lazy to refill the diffuser, I end up waking periodically through the night.
The ones with the *** don't have the number of drops to use, so remember to go by the number of drops your diffuser recommends and add them evenly up to the closest number that matches your diffuser.
