Essential Oils - Can help with Focusing

I’ve decided to change up the way I post these blogs.  I feel that there is too much information for one  blog.  So instead of posting two topics a week, I’ve decided to only do one a week, and split the single oils from the blends of oils.  Hopefully this will give you more of an understanding of the oils themselves and also give you the blends I have in my little book.  So here we go!

You know when you go to do something and your mind keeps drifting off task.  Well there are essential oils and blends of oils that can help you Focus, to accomplish the task at hand.  The oils give your brain the extra help it might need.

There is a thing called brain fog, it has to deal with the lack of focus, concentration, and also having stressful thoughts, your mind is running wild, so to speak.

“Essential oil aromatherapy can be used as a method for improving concentration, focus and alertness by stimulating certain areas of the brain that control emotion, motivation and regulation of memories and hormones. This structure of the brain is known as the limbic system, which is directly connected to the olfactory system—the part of our body responsible for our sense of smell—so the aromas of essential oils travel through the olfactory system to the limbic system, influencing our emotions.” (bemoxe)

So as you just read, essential oils used in a diffuser or aromatherapy can stimulate different areas of the brain that can help with improving focus and concentration and many other things.
